Relode Community Guidelines

By joining Relode you agree to the following...

  1. Remove any mention of the client/team name, specific facility name, or salary information (including earning benefits like bonuses) from any external job postings, whether on a personal website or public job board. We have this guideline set to avoid a candidate going around Relode and directly applying to the client, thus resulting in no rewards being paid out.
  2. Refrain from copying and pasting job descriptions to external job boards or personal website. Ensure any job postings have removed mention of interview processes, team member names, benefits, or other internal information about the role that should be discussed directly with a qualified candidate.
  3. Refrain from recruiting candidates currently or recently employed with an active Relode client.
  4. Refrain from sharing client name or salary information via messaging on any external sites or email until directly speaking with a candidate about their interest and qualifications for an opportunity. 
  5. Physically speak with each individual candidate you refer into Relode before entering them into the Review stage for consideration by the Job Manager.
  6. Use discretion when representing yourself as a partner of the Relode brand to candidates or any external parties.
  7. Only input accurate contact and personal information for any candidates you refer and adhere to the prompts for any duplicate candidate error messages you may receive.

Violation of any of the above items will result in your permanent removal from the Relode platform.
