Your Role: What to Expect

As a Contract Recruiter, you will be the connecting thread between invaluable healthcare talent and institutions that require their services. Your responsibilities will encompass several key areas:

1. Sourcing Talent

  • Utilize our proprietary platform, various job boards, and networking methods to identify potential candidates for job openings.

2. Candidate Vetting

  • Contact the sourced candidates by phone to ensure they meet all job requirements, qualifications, and expectations.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews, assess skills, and gather necessary documentation. The required documentation may vary based on each client.
  • Use pre-screen templates the client provides in the attachments section of the overview section of the job details. (when applicable). 

3. Submission and Tracking

  • Submit qualified candidates for job openings through our platform.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is collected and submitted promptly.
  • Use our real-time tracking tools to monitor your candidates' progress throughout the hiring process.

4. Communication, Feedback and Contractor Management

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates.
  • Share progress updates and feedback with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • If the candidate is hired, continue to maintain good communication with the hire to ensure a good ongoing relationship
  • If the candidate is hired, stay informed of the contract end dates and proactively work on extensions if the candidate wishes to continue their assignment. 

5. Interview Coordination

  • Work with our internal team to set up interviews between the candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure the candidate is prepared and interview ready.
