Add a New Lead to Relode
This tutorial outlines the process of linking a lead to Relode. It covers the steps to add a lead using their email address and phone number, upload a resume, verify contact information, and confirm job details.
Adding a Lead
Step 1: Click on Add a Lead.
Step 2: Enter the lead's email address and phone number, then click Add Lead
Step 3: Upload the resume and wait for it to process. Click Next to continue.
Verifying Contact Information
Step 1: Check the contact information, including the lead's location and time zone, for accuracy. Manually update the information as needed.
Step 4: If known, select the best way and time to reach the candidate.
Step 5: If unknown, leave the fields blank and click Next.
Confirming Job Details
Step 1: Confirm the current job position. If available, choose the preferred job type: contract, full-time, locum, or part-time.
Step 2: If you have a LinkedIn profile or any other link to include, paste the link and click the plus sign to add it.
Step 3: If you have a cover letter or credentials, click the + Attachments button and upload the files. Finally, click Finish.
The lead is now added to Relode.
