What is the Commission Structure

It's important to understand that commission amounts vary significantly depending on the role being filled. This variation is primarily due to the differences in education, expertise, and responsibilities required for each position. The more specialized and demanding the role, the higher the commission. To see a breakdown of each type of reward you can earn, go to the Order tab on a job posting. 

What are Submission Rewards?

  • As soon as your candidate is moved into the "Submitted" stage in your dashboard, they have officially been submitted to the client's hiring team for consideration. The submission rewards are processed weekly and paid every Friday. Note that if the candidate's status is changed on Thursday, the payment will be processed the following week. 

What are Interview Rewards?

  • When your candidate is selected for an interview with the hiring client and completes their first round of interviews, you will receive an interview reward! This interview notification will be emailed to you each time a candidate is scheduled with the client to keep you informed. 
  • Interview rewards are processed weekly and paid every Friday. 

How do the Hire rewards work?

  • All Relode hire rewards are paid via direct deposit. You must have a U.S. bank account and social security number to receive any payment from our team. All Relode Professionals are 1099, independent contractors.
  • For Perm jobs, you will receive 50% of the hire reward once the first half of the listed job guarantee period has occurred and the other 50% at the end of the listed employment guarantee period (to see each job guarantee period, look for the payment details on the Order tab of the job). Guarantee period milestones require confirmation from the client that your candidate is still actively working. Each guarantee period is the time your candidate is required to be actively employed by the client for you to receive the full hire reward. Most guarantee periods will range between 30-90 days and are listed within each job along with your payment breakdown.
  • Once the first half of the guarantee period is met, we will contact the client to confirm that your candidate is still employed. Once we receive confirmation from the client, we will process your reward, the payment will be processed. The confirmation period may take several days to complete. We cannot begin processing your payment until we receive employment verification from the client.
  • Locum & Contract Roles: Hire rewards for these types of jobs are paid on a bi-weekly pay schedule and have no guarantee period. The hire reward listed is the total amount you will be paid over the length of the listed contract dates. You can calculate your bi-weekly payments by dividing the total reward by the number of weeks in the contract.

Your Relode dashboard includes earning information, and your settings contain a payment history section to help you track your rewards and referrals all in one place. To input your payment details, log  in to your Relode account, click your name in the upper right-hand corner, and navigate to your settings to input tax and pay information. 

All payments will be sent via email, notifying you of the payment amount, payment date, candidate details, and any other relevant information. You will also be able to quickly update your payment information at any time.

Unpaid rewards will be forfeited after 12 months if a recruiter does not provide the necessary tax and bank information to process payments.
