Relode Stipend Program

Relode is excited to offer a stipend program to remove financial barriers to using new tools, empowering you to increase placements and maximize your earnings. This program provides immediate value by covering your sourcing tools after just one successful hire. Plus, with our transparent tools for tracking and managing leads, you’ll always know where your candidates are in the process and when rewards are on the way. 

Here's How it Works

  • Utilize a new job board, resume database, or association site to source new talent. 
  • Earn a $500 stipend after your first hire to reimburse the cost of your sourcing tools.
  • Earn an additional $250 for your second hire, bringing your total potential earnings to $750.

The average commission on Relode is $3,560. Here is an example of what the payout would be with the stipend:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Recruiters purchasing a sourcing tool must submit proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) within 30 days of the purchase date. Send receipts to support@relode.com
  • Sourcing tools must be used exclusively for Perm roles; contract positions are not eligible for this program.
  • Candidates hired through the program must successfully complete the guarantee period for the recruiter to qualify for the stipend. 

Reimbursement Policy

  • Recruiters must make at least one (1) hire to qualify for the stipend.
  • The invoice date for the sourcing tool must be on or after the program roll-out date.
