Profile Settings
Your profile Settings is where you will navigate through several custom options to set your personal preferences in Relode. Here are the sections you will need to complete and can modify at any time to improve your experience...
- Contact: This is where you can update or modify your personal contact information at any time. If you ever need to change your login email, this is the place to go! You will also be able to control all your Relode email notifications from this section, toggle your daily or weekly job alert emails to off or on depending on your personal preferences.
*If you are looking to unsubscribe completely or be removed from the Relode platform, while we always hate to see anyone go, you just need to turn both of these options off and send our team an email at ta-support@relode.com to be fully de-activated. This process will take up to 48 business hours to be fully implemented, so please be patient as we ensure your email notifications are removed.
- Preferences: This section will house all of our job categories, which will be narrowed down based on your area of expertise. In your initial call with a member of our Engagement Team, you will discuss your background and the areas you feel most comfortable recruiting in. We typically suggest each recruiter have 2-4 categories they feel comfortable working with. These preferences will affect the suggested jobs on your dashboard.
This is also where you control whether or not your referrals will receive an initial "interest" email for any roles you link them to. This means when you attach a candidate to a job, they are sent a Relode email asking them to mark whether they are or are not interested in the listed job, with you as the Talent Advisor. If they mark "not interested" they will be Rejected from the role, if they mark "interested" they will continue into the Qualifying stage. You can turn this off if you ever choose. This interest email is just to ensure the candidate is wanting to be considered for the role, it differs from "candidate verification" which is required before they can be Submitted to a client which is the candidate verifying their right to be represented by both you and Relode to our client.
- Payment Info: Enter all important payment and tax information to ensure all your details are verified and setup for direct deposit to prevent any possible payment details as you start earning. Please note that the information provided on step 1 of the payment information process must match the information listed on your tax forms or an error will be produced. This area can be updated at any time should your banking or tax information need to change.
- Payment History: Quickly see and export all payments you have received from Relode. As a 1099 contractor, this will be your version of a previous "pay stub" along with your direct deposit notifications each time a payment is sent your way from our team.
