Using Your Unique Referral Link

Each Relode job has a "share" icon located on the top toolbar where the job title is shown. Clicking the share icon will automatically create your unique referral link to share with any candidates you may have personal referrals for you. FAQ:

• Why should I use my unique referral link? These links allow you to easily make the most out of your existing and future candidates. Instead of just asking for personal referrals you now have a way to help them earn by using their personal networks, which helps you grow yours. This expands your reach to even more qualified candidates, without having to spend the time and money sourcing them yourself. 
• What happens if my candidate refers someone to a different job? As long as they clicked your unique link first, the candidate's referral will still be attributed back to you for management even if they make the referral on a different job than you sent them. Relode stores the TA who provided the unique link originally, as long as your candidates stay within the same browser, you will still receive the referral and rewards.
• Will my candidates see how much I would earn for their referrals? No. Candidates will only see the original "refer" page shown in the tutorial video above that has no mention of salary, client name or hire rewards. Once they create a Relode profile, they will only see how much they will earn for their referrals.
• Can a candidate just share my unique link with someone directly instead of referring them? No. If a candidate shares your unique referral link with someone directly, instead of referring their information themselves, this will count as a direct apply rather than a referral. We cannot trace the new referral back to the user who shared the link with them, which will prevent your original candidate from earning any rewards. It's very important to let them know to only use the "refer" button if they have someone they want to send you.
• How do I find the "referred by" reward my candidates would earn? On each job, you will find a breakdown of the entire reward. This includes a "referred by" and "managed by" portion. We've recently increased your management rewards to ensure anyone who sends you referrals can earn a great reward, while you still are paid the majority of the amount for managing the candidates.
• Will my candidates be paid submission and interview rewards too? Yes! This is a great perk to share with them to incentive those personal referrals. While you will earn a significantly higher amount for managing the candidate, they will be paid along the way as well for sending a great referral. 
• What happens when my candidate clicks the "refer" button on each job? They will first complete a few steps to activate a Relode profile, once they've completed this short process, it will ask them to provide their referral's name, email, phone number, and resume if available. They have to activate their profile to set up payment details for any rewards they might earn.
